The registry itself
The entries below live in this repository as CC0 JSON, one file per publisher, and can be read without this page. Measured state does not live there — it is written to a key-value store by the validation cron, because a conformance level in a file is a conformance level somebody can edit in a pull request.
Official sources
These are not publishers and they have not adopted anything. They are the institutions that person-level questions converge to, listed here so that an application implementing the protocol knows where to send someone the protocol deliberately cannot help. Nobody on this list has been asked to join, and their presence implies no relationship.

Publish a feed, run the validator against it, and open a pull request adding your entry. Nobody is added by a form and nobody is added by us deciding you belong; the entry is yours and so is the correction if it is wrong.
